Roles and Responsibilities :

. Talent Acquisition Strategy

Partner with leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs.

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for multiple roles.

2. End-to-End Recruitment

Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Draft and post job descriptions across job portals and social platforms.

. Sourcing & Employer Branding
Source candidates through portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and networking.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
Promote employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.

4. Interviewing & Candidate Experience

Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews.
Ensure a positive, professional, and timely candidate experience
