Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, paramedical, administrative, and support staff
Understand manpower requirements from department heads
Post job openings on Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals
Source candidates through databases, referrals, walk-ins, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and management
Follow up with candidates and ensure timely joining
Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters
Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records
Support onboarding and induction activities
Eligibility:
MBA / MSW (HR) candidates only.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes
Hospital or healthcare recruitment experience preferred
