Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for lounge operations Source candidates through job portals, referrals & walk-ins Conduct initial screening & coordinate interviews Manage joining formalities, documentation & induction Maintain HR records, attendance & basic payroll support Coordinate with lounge managers for manpower planning Support HR policies & employee engagement activities

Ideal Candidate Profile

Prior experience in hospitality recruitment preferred Good communication & coordination skills Strong follow-up & documentation abilities Knowledge of HR processes & compliance basics Willingness to work on-site and handle multi-tasking

Job Location

Chennai - Inej Executive Lounge

Working Days:

6 days a week
