Handle

end-to-end recruitment

including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare

job descriptions

Source candidates through

job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct

initial HR interviews

Coordinate and schedule

technical and managerial interviews

Maintain and update

candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Negotiate

salary, offer letters, and joining formalities

Ensure smooth

onboarding and documentation

process Build and maintain a strong

talent pipeline

Ensure recruitment practices comply with

company policies and labor laws

Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
