Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for Sales and Non-Sales roles
Manage
volume and bulk hiring
requirements
Source candidates using
job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates to ensure offer closures
Maintain daily hiring reports and trackers
Requirements
2+ years of experience
in Sales / Non-Sales recruitment
Strong exposure to
volume and bulk hiring
Hands-on experience with
job boards, especially Naukri
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience hiring for Inside Sales, Telesales, Operations, or Support roles
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,791.21 - ₹27,997.71 per month
