Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates for various roles and using various job portals. (Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed, Other job portals)
Support in hiring activities posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews
Managing candidates till joining
Prepare recruitment reports and documentation.
Coordinating documentation processes of candidates
Update and maintain HR recruitment databases
Coordinate with managers for day-to-day HR requirements
Good in English Communication Skills
Proficient in MS Excel & Word
Well developed interpersonal skills with "what next" attitude
Immediate joining required
