Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across departments
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and career portals
Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
Prepare offer letters and support salary negotiations
Maintain accurate recruitment data and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Ensure recruitment practices comply with labour laws and company policies
