Strong ability to explain processes clearly and confidently to candidate
Strong sourcing skills using job portals, follow-up, Organisational skill, Good communication , and cultural fit
Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Clearly explain the entire recruitment process, including screening, technical interviews, client interviews, offer stages, documentation, and onboarding
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
