Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Recruiter with a minimum of 1+ years of experience to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be sourcing profiles and leveraging social platforms to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end recruitment, focusing heavily on sourcing and pipeline generation. Mandatory use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms for sourcing candidates. Maintain expert-level LinkedIn knowledge for effective professional networking and profile searching. Screen candidates and manage interview scheduling. Demonstrate good communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers. Multi-tasking to manage multiple open requisitions concurrently and meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of professional recruitment experience. Proven expertise in sourcing and utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
