Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for manufacturing roles (shop floor, supervisors, engineers, staff).
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, and local hiring channels.
Conduct
initial screening, telephonic interviews
, and coordinate face-to-face interviews.
Handle
bulk hiring
and
plant-level recruitment
requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Issue
offer letters
, follow up on joining, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with
company policies and labor laws
.
Support HR operations activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 to 4 years of experience in
HR Recruitment
, preferably in the
Manufacturing Industry
.
Strong knowledge of
Sales Hiring
.
Excellent communication skills in
Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada (mandatory)
.
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.
Ability to handle multiple requirements under tight timelines.
Good coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in factory/plant recruitment.
Immediate or short notice period preferred.
Education
Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
