ROLE: HR Recruiter
EXPERIENCE: Freshers (2025 passout, 2026 (final year students))
EDUCATION: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, Design, or a related field.
LOCATION: Chennai- Adambakkam
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Source and connect with talented UI/UX Designers, Developers, and Design Leaders. Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find suitable candidates. Work with clients and hiring managers to understand the type of talent they need. Match candidates to job roles based on their skills and experience. Create and update job postings with the correct information. Maintain a list of UI/UX professionals for current and future job openings. Review portfolios and resumes to shortlist the right candidates. Assist in scheduling interviews, design challenges, and technical tests. Keep up with UI/UX industry trends and salary standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring partners.
REQUIRED:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to analyze portfolios, understand job descriptions, and assess UI UX Design & Development talent.
