We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
HR Recruiter
with hands-on experience in
recruitment consultancy services
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the
end-to-end external recruitment process
for client requirements across various domains. This role demands strong sourcing skills, candidate handling abilities, and client coordination experience.

Understand client hiring needs, job descriptions, and timelines
Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and networking
Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates as per client requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain continuous follow-ups with candidates and clients until closure
Ensure timely closures and maintain recruitment turnaround time (TAT)
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily/weekly recruitment reports
Ensure high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and candidate experience
Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum
1+ year of experience
in
recruitment consultancy / external hiring
Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools
Good understanding of recruitment processes and client handling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
Proficient in MS Excel and basic recruitment reporting
