Ability to understand the needs of the organisation and develop new Plans
Able to think out of the box, and work apart from the traditional Recruitment process.
Willing to work outside the office and create contacts.
Capable to build connections and network
Flexible to adapt to new methods of recruitment as suggested by the Company
All the vacancies must be filled within the mentioned time.
Company criteria must be strictly followed while recruiting.
End to End process of Recruitment has to be handled.
Shortlisting, and arranging interviews with concerned department heads, collecting feedback, document verification, background Verification-Pushing the complete file to HRM to release the offer.
Once the offer is released follow up till DOJ, guiding in the onboarding process.
