Job Description

:

Capability to recruit in bulk numbers with in short span of time. Sourcing potential Candidates through job fairs, job portals ,on- campus/off- campus drives etc. Ability to screen Candidates resumes and job applications Interview Candidates (Telephonic/In-person) Ability to review applicants documents and conduct background checks. Work Timings : 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)

Eligiblity :

Female candidates only. MBA(HR) / Any Graduates/ PG Diploma in HR Proven experience as a HR Recruiter.(0-1 yrs) Exposure to BPO/ITES Recruitments would be an added advantage. Excellent oral and written Communication skills. Ability to speak in any other regional language (Hindi/Telugu/ Kannada/ Malayalam ) will be an added advantage.
