9:30 to 18:30 / 10:00 to 19:00

Working days:

Monday to Saturday (2 and 4 Saturday holiday)

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.

Job Postings:

Create and post job ads on various job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment websites.

Candidate Screening:

Conduct initial interviews (via phone, email, or in-person) and evaluate candidates for job fit.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and ensure alignment with candidates.

Database Management:

Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Scheduling Interviews:

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow-ups.

Offer Management:

Assist in the preparation of offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field. (MBA/MA/MSW - HRM)

Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)

Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
