Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Handle initial HR screening and shortlist suitable profiles
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
Support onboarding activities for selected candidates
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of sourcing methods and job portals
