Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple locations including
Chennai, Kochi, and Trivandrum, Tamilnadu and Kerala
.This includes sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, coordinating selections, organizing job fairs/campus recruitment drives, and ensuring timely hiring for all operational and technical positions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company objectives and in compliance with labor laws.
Maintain accurate employee records and handle payroll processing activities.
Oversee employee training and development programs.
Address employee grievances, manage conflict resolution, and initiate disciplinary actions when necessary.
Monitor and manage performance appraisal systems and employee engagement activities.
Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other applicable labour regulations.
Coordinate with various departments for effective manpower planning and timely staffing.

Experience:
Minimum - 3 Years
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
Good communication skills in Tamil & English.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
