Screening and Interviewing
: Review resumes, conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person), and assess candidates' skills.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the roles. Maintain and update the
recruitment tracker
and candidate database regularly.
Onboarding
: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed in their roles.
Maintaining Candidate Relationships
: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and past applicants for future opportunities.
Compliance
: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
