Job Description

Partner with hiring managers:

Collaborate with clients to understand their specific staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies for each project.

Sourcing and attraction:

Proactively find and attract talent through various channels like LinkedIn, job boards, industry networks, and referrals.

Candidate screening:

Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit with the client's organization.

Process management:

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the client's hiring teams.

Offer and onboarding:

Communicate job offers, manage the negotiation process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

System and data management:

Maintain and organize candidate records and data within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Reporting and analysis:

Track and analyze key metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to improve recruitment strategies and provide reports on hiring progress.

Employer branding:

Help develop and enhance the client's employer brand to attract a larger pool of qualified candidates.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
