Key Responsibilities
:
Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients
Coordinate with candidates during the entire recruitment cycle
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Meet monthly hiring targets (minimum 15 closures per month)
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR preferred
Proven experience in recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
Proficient in using MS Office and recruitment tools
