We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people management, employee engagement, and learning the complete HR process. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Support the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Help in preparing HR-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and warning letters.
Assist in attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and leave management.
Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
Coordinate with various departments for HR-related queries and tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle employee grievances with confidentiality and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, performance management, etc.).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.
