Job Summary:

The Junior HR Recruiter will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and selection process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles. The position requires strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills to ensure smooth hiring operations and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the

end-to-end recruitment process

-- from sourcing to onboarding. Post job openings on various platforms (job portals, social media, internal references). Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and schedule interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines. Conduct

initial HR interviews

to assess candidate fitment. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Assist in background checks and documentation for new hires. Participate in

campus drives

, job fairs, and other recruitment activities. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts. Ensure adherence to company policies and HR compliance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

. 0-2 years of experience in HR recruitment (internship experience can be considered). Good understanding of recruitment processes and tools. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Proficiency in

MS Office

and familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
