Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers across functions to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Build and maintain talent pipelines via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and networking.
Drive employer-branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
What we're looking for:
1 - 2 years of experience as a recruiter (generalist) in a fast-paced organisation.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals and social media for sourcing.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
A proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude and a passion for talent acquisition.
