Experience in recruitment (3-6 years)
Understand staffing needs across departments and create recruitment plans accordingly.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal referrals, and campus drives.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for subsequent rounds.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting job ads to issuing offer letters.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
Ensure diversity, inclusion, and gender balance in recruitment efforts.
Administer the entire hiring process of new employees.
