Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Create and post

job listings

across portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) using

SEO-driven content

. Identify and attract top talent for roles like

engineers, site staff, marketing, and project managers

. Maintain a candidate pipeline and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs. Conduct

initial HR interviews, salary negotiations

, and background checks. Handle

employee documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities

. Contribute to HR operations like attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

Skills & Requirements:

2-4 years of experience as an

HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

. Proven experience hiring for

technical, engineering, or field roles

. Strong knowledge of

recruitment platforms

and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preference for candidates with

experience in solar or construction industry
