Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Create and post
job listings
across portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) using
SEO-driven content

Identify and attract top talent for roles like
engineers, site staff, marketing, and project managers
.
Maintain a candidate pipeline and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
Conduct
initial HR interviews, salary negotiations
, and background checks.
Handle
employee documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities
.
Contribute to HR operations like attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

Skills & Requirements:
2-4 years of experience as an
HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
.
Proven experience hiring for
technical, engineering, or field roles
.
Strong knowledge of
recruitment platforms
and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preference for candidates with
