Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Recruiter

to join our employment agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates for various client requirements across different industries. The recruiter should have strong communication skills, good networking ability, and a keen understanding of hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or in-person interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Ensure timely closure of open positions as per client deadlines. Assist in drafting job descriptions and advertisements for open roles. Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information at all times. Provide regular updates to management and clients on hiring progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing (agency experience preferred). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously. Good understanding of different job roles and industry standards. Proficiency in MS Office and job portal usage (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

Target-oriented and self-motivated. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Experience in bulk hiring or technical recruitment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
