HR Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for various roles (Non-IT). Source candidates through

Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and references.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Ensure a smooth

onboarding experience

for selected candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Excellent

communication and interpersonal

skills. Strong

sourcing and screening

capabilities. Hands-on experience using

job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

. Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualification & Experience:

Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.

Experience:

1-5 years in Non-IT recruitment
