Grow Medico is a fast-scaling healthcare-focused digital marketing agency helping 100+ clinics and hospitals grow through performance marketing, operations, and branding. We're looking for a proactive and people-driven HR professional to lead our talent acquisition, culture building, and employee engagement across two office locations.
Role Overview
The HR Manager will oversee the
end-to-end HR operations
-- from
hiring and onboarding
to
performance reviews, payroll, and retention
. You'll act as the bridge between management and the team, ensuring smooth communication, cultural alignment, and team satisfaction while managing compliance and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Lead
end-to-end recruitment
for all roles (Marketing, Design, Media Buying, Client Servicing, etc.)
Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple locations.
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and probation reviews.
2. Employee Engagement & Culture
Conduct
one-to-one meetings
and feedback sessions with all team members every month.
Plan and execute
team activities, celebrations, and HR events
.
Build a strong and healthy work culture through empathy, communication, and accountability.
3. Performance & People Management
Maintain attendance, leave records, and performance scorecards.
Support managers in
KPI-based evaluation systems
.
Resolve grievances, conflicts, and escalations diplomatically.
4. Payroll & Compliance
Manage
monthly payrolls, salary processing, and expense reimbursements
, attrition reports, and hiring trackers.
Collaborate with leadership on HR metrics and people strategy.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration.
1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in
digital marketing / creative agencies / startups
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and conflict-resolution skills.
Hands-on with tools like Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and HRMS platforms.
Should be open to visiting and managing two office locations.
