Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
