What You'll Do
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
-- job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate
employee records
, attendance logs, and HR documentation.
Handle
monthly payroll preparation
, including leave tracking, salary processing, and payslip generation.
Coordinate with the accounts team for payroll verification and compliance.
Prepare and share regular
HR reports
on headcount, attendance, performance, and hiring progress.
Support team leads with
performance reviews
, employee feedback, and appraisal documentation.
Plan and assist with
team engagement activities
and internal events.
Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented consistently and fairly.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience as an
HR Executive
or in a similar HR/Operations role.
Working knowledge of
payroll management
and HR reporting.
Strong communication, organizational, and people-handling skills.
Proficiency in
Google Workspace
,
MS Excel
, and HR software/tools.
Familiarity with
recruitment platforms
(Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
A positive, proactive approach to people and process management.
