Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for all levels (junior to managerial) -- from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support HR team in other generalist activities when required.
