Position Overview:

We are looking for a

female HR Recruiter

who will be responsible for managing

end-to-end recruitment

activities across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent sourcing ability, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for all levels (junior to managerial) -- from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements. Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support HR team in other generalist activities when required.

Experience:

1-4 years in recruitment (preferably in manufacturing/engineering/automation industries)

Qualification:

Any degree (MBA/PG in HR preferred)

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and social media hiring Good understanding of technical roles (Design, Production, Quality, etc.) Proactive, target-oriented, and well-organized

Salary:

Based on experience and industry standards
