Role:

Full-time | Office-based

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Production, Marketing & Project departments. Maintain talent database, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding. Assist in attendance, leave, and HR policy implementation. Promote a positive, energized work culture.

Skills & Capabilities

Strong interpersonal & communication skills (English & Tamil). Organized multitasker with negotiation ability. Proactive HR mindset -- able to motivate teams.

Capacity

Manage 25-50 active requisitions monthly with speed and accuracy.

Eligibility

MBA / PG Diploma in HR | 1-4 years of experience in recruitment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
