We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Recruiter & Admin professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes and managing day-to-day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and update HR databases. Coordinate with various departments for manpower requirements. Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management. Manage office administration including stationery, housekeeping, and vendor coordination. Support HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:



Proven experience in recruitment and HR administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Salary:

15,000/- Take home to 20,000/- Take home
