Job Description

1. Industry Knowledge - Understanding of construction roles (engineers, site supervisors, workers, etc.) and certifications.

2. Strong Communication - Clear coordination with site heads, vendors, and skilled/unskilled labor.

3. Local Talent Sourcing

4. Quick Turnaround - Ability to fill urgent site requirements promptly.

5. Negotiation Skills - Handling wage expectations, contracts, and onboarding terms effectively.

6. Field Flexibility - Willingness to visit sites or labor camps if needed for recruitment.

7. Multi-Role Handling - Recruiting for varied positions, from field staff to office roles.

8. Documentation Accuracy - Handling joining forms, ID proofs, compliance documents (PF, ESI, etc.).

9. Vendor Coordination - Managing labor supply agencies or contract staffing.

10. Resilience & Patience - Dealing with high attrition, last-minute dropouts, and manpower fluctuations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
