Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the

entire recruitment cycle

-- from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding new hires. Source candidates through

job portals, social media, employee referrals

, and professional networks. Conduct

initial screenings, interviews

, and coordinate with department heads for final selection. Maintain a strong

talent pipeline

for future hiring needs. Ensure all recruitment activities align with

company policies and timelines

. Maintain and update

and recruitment reports. Assist in

induction and joining formalities

for new employees. Collaborate with managers to forecast future hiring needs. Promote the company's

employer brand

to attract top talent.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
