Electrical Technicians, Plumbers, Carpenters, and Maintenance staff
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment -- from identifying potential candidates to onboarding -- ensuring manpower requirements are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for technical and skilled positions (Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Helpers, etc.).
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, references, and field recruitment.
Conduct
screening, telephonic interviews, and technical assessments
with candidates.
Coordinate
walk-in interviews
and
campus recruitment drives
in technical institutions or ITIs.
Maintain a
database of skilled workers
and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Coordinate with
project managers and operations teams
to understand manpower needs.
Issue
offer letters, appointment letters
, and handle joining formalities.
Track attendance, verify credentials, and support HR documentation for field staff.
Prepare and maintain
recruitment MIS reports
and dashboards.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
