Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven

HR Recruiter

with 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing and hiring talent across various roles and levels, with a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments. Understand job descriptions and role requirements in collaboration with hiring managers. Source candidates using job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams. Maintain recruitment data and reports using ATS or internal tracking systems. Manage offer roll-outs and ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain hiring SLAs.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with job portals , sourcing, and other recruitment platforms. Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience hiring for Non-IT roles Prior experience working in a company based in Coimbatore or knowledge of the local job market. Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
