Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles including
Full-timers, Part-timers, Management Trainees, and Network Marketers.
Achieve a monthly target of
15 new hires.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through online and offline channels.
Coordinate onboarding, training, and orientation processes.
Maintain employee records and update the HR database regularly.
Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, employee engagement, and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with the management team to plan manpower requirements.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong recruitment and coordination abilities.
Ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, HR tools).
Previous HR or recruitment experience preferred (freshers with strong interest in HR may apply).
