We are looking for a proactive and skilled

MALE

HR Recruiter

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding) Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule further rounds with managers Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires Build strong pipelines for future hiring needs

Requirements:

Minimum 6months of experience as HR Recruiter Prior experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements Candidates must be located in chennai Basic knowledge of HR operations will be preferred
Qualification:

Bachelor's degree / MBA / PG in HR or related field
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
