Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
Source candidates for
Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, Sales, and Purchase
roles using
LinkedIn, Naukri and job boards

Build and maintain a pipeline of
active and passive candidates
.

Screening & Shortlisting:
Conduct
initial screening interviews
to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role-specific requirements.
Evaluate candidates based on their
technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:
Manage the
complete recruitment cycle
from sourcing to offer closure.
Schedule
technical and HR interviews
, ensuring a smooth process.
Handle
salary negotiations
and Job offer confirmation rollouts.

Employer Branding & Networking:
Strengthen Skylark's employer brand on
LinkedIn and other platforms

Engage in

Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or IT.
Experience:
1-5 years in
