HR Executive
who can independently manage end-to-end HR functions.
, you will play a central role in driving our talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and internal HR process development. This is a great opportunity to work closely with leadership and help shape our people-first, performance-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end
recruitment
: job posting, screening, interviews, coordination, onboarding
Maintain and update
HR records
, employee files, and documentation
Handle
payroll inputs
, leave tracking, and statutory compliance basics (PF/ESI/TDS)
Draft
offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies
Assist in designing and conducting
employee engagement activities
Conduct regular
performance check-ins
, feedback collection, and reports
Manage office HR duties like attendance, discipline, exit formalities, etc.
Coordinate with department heads on
resource planning
and staffing needs
Assist in building an internal
HRMS / performance dashboard
Stay updated with
labour laws, HR best practices
, and compliance timelines
Qualifications & Skillset
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
2-5 years of HR experience
in a corporate, CA firm, or service-based company
Strong knowledge of:
Recruitment lifecycle
Basic statutory compliance
: PF, ESI, gratuity, income tax
Payroll processing inputs
MS Excel
, Google Sheets, HRMS tools (Zoho People, greytHR, etc.)
Excellent communication in
English and Tamil
Strong people skills, maturity, and documentation discipline
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience in
professional services, auditing, or tech/startup environments
Exposure to
internal HR audits
, ISO documentation, or appraisal systems
Knowledge of HR automation tools, surveys, or feedback platforms
Interest in
building HR frameworks
from scratch
