Understand manpower requirements from department heads/clients.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers.
Handle salary discussions, offer roll-outs, and follow-up until onboarding.
Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future requirements.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction support for new hires.
Maintain strong candidate and client relationships for repeat hiring needs.
Key Skills Required
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Negotiation and convincing skills.
Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle & HR policies.
