Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for various roles
Source and screen resumes through job portals, social media, and referrals
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Support onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment (internship experience will also be considered)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment tools and techniques
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Languages Known: English, Tamil and Hindi
