Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding.
Maintain candidate database and hiring reports.
Coordinate with managers for staffing needs.
Support employee engagement & grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Assist in performance appraisal and training activities.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
1-3 years of recruitment experience (wellness/healthcare preferred).
Strong communication and networking skills.
Knowledge of job portals, social media, free portal and recruitment tools
