About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter with 3-5 years of hands-on recruiting experience and a strong leadership mindset to join our talent acquisition team as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic approach to recruitment, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes independently. An MBA background will be preferred to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across various departments.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using innovative sourcing techniques.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Drive recruitment initiatives with a leadership mindset, taking ownership of hiring goals.
Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate regular hiring reports.
Enhance employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
Participate in career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Mentor junior recruiters or assist in team knowledge sharing, demonstrating leadership even as an IC.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
MBA degree with a focus on HR, Business, or related fields.
Strong leadership qualities with a proactive and independent working style.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments and meet deadlines.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for IT/Technical roles or specific industry knowledge (optional).
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement.
