Job Title: HR Recruiter - Telecom Industry



Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented

HR Recruiter

to manage end-to-end recruitment for telecom-related roles such as network engineers, splicers, field executives, and support staff. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's manpower requirements in a fast-paced telecom environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage

end-to-end recruitment

: understanding job requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs in telecom functions (network operations, field support, splicing, sales, etc.). Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and campus hiring. Conduct

telephonic and face-to-face interviews

and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection. Maintain candidate databases, pipelines, and recruitment reports. Handle

bulk hiring

for field and technical positions within defined timelines. Ensure smooth

joining formalities and onboarding

of selected candidates. Support in

employer branding activities

like job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment campaigns. Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and labor laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

1-3 years of experience

in recruitment, preferably in telecom/ISP/field workforce hiring. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, networking, campus hiring). Ability to handle

high-volume hiring

under strict timelines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools/ATS. Strong organizational and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualities:



Prior experience in

telecom or ISP industry recruitment

. Ability to build strong candidate pipelines for technical and non-technical roles. Willingness to travel for campus/job fair recruitments when required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
