end-to-end recruitment

process across multiple departments Source candidates using

networking

strategies Conduct

candidate assessments

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Maintain and update

ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

Ensure a seamless

candidate experience

from application to onboarding Handle

offer negotiations

joining formalities

Requirements:

Minimum

4 years of experience

in HR recruitment Strong knowledge of

interview techniques

assessment tools

, and

hiring metrics

Proficiency in

MS Office

,

HRIS

, and

ATS platforms

Excellent

communication

negotiation

organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently Fluency in
