The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across corporate and outlet roles at TOVO. This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, ensuring timely closures of vacancies, and creating a positive candidate experience while aligning with TOVO's culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and outlet positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer).
Partner with outlet managers and corporate leaders to understand manpower requirements.
Develop and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and high-turnover roles.
Explore and leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, walk-ins, social media).
Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate with HR Generalist for smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires.
Ensure new employees receive structured induction and orientation.
Employer Branding
Support in developing recruitment campaigns to showcase TOVO as an employer of choice.
Represent TOVO at campus drives, job fairs, and industry networking events.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports.
Track and report key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (experience in hospitality/QSR/retail hiring preferred).
Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
