Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job specifications Write and post job descriptions on job boards, company websites, and social media Source and attract candidates through databases, social platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and referrals Screen resumes and job applications, and conduct initial phone screens/interviews Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure proper documentation of the hiring process Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment Assist with onboarding of new hires and maintain talent pipelines

Requirement :



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience as a recruiter in

HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY

with 1 year mandatory Interested candidates can come direct walk-in to Corporate office .
