end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
Source candidates through various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and employee referrals.
Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide suitable profiles.
Conduct
telephonic/virtual interviews
to assess candidate fit.
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Support HR team in onboarding new employees and other related HR activities.
And also support an ADMIN Teamwork.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Strong working knowledge of job portals and professional networking sites.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude, team player, and detail-oriented.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (preferably in bulk hiring/IT/Non-IT as per company need)
